Workplace Consultants will work with your project team to understand your needs and requirements. Site measurement and verifications, complete drawing sets, product specifications and finish samples will be presented, reviewed and approved prior to order submission.
All aspects of your project order are tracked via our online project management system. Order submission, lead-time tracking, shipping confirmation, install scheduling, deficiency and claims processing are all tracked, monitored and communicated by our account team. We provide an onsite day-to-day install supervisor. We will be in constant contact with the manufactures, installers, project management teams, and the customer to ensure project timelines, scheduling, and customer satisfaction is fulfilled from start to finish.
We will conduct a post installation walk-through to ensure the project has been delivered as per client expectations. Our install crew will make any necessary adjustments and should warranty or service support be required in the future, we will be there for you.
